What a run is

A run is usually one task the robot does.

Each task the robot does counts as one run, whatever its size. It does not matter how the task started: from the dashboard, a spreadsheet, a set time or your own system.

Entering one order in the system: 1 run.
A spreadsheet with 50 orders to enter: 50 runs.
A schedule that checks the bank every business day: about 22 runs a month.
Every automation you use counts toward the same plan.

Plans

Pick by monthly volume.

Your plan sets the monthly minimum and the price of each run. The bigger the plan, the lower the price per run.

The more you use in a month, the cheaper it gets: your first runs are charged at the first tier price, and the next ones cost less, at the price of the following tiers.
If your runs for the month cost less than the plan minimum, you pay the minimum. If they cost more, you pay for what you used.

Extra resources

Some automations use extra services.

Some automations need to get past a website's "I am not a robot" test or read documents with artificial intelligence. The price of these services depends on the provider, so it is available on request: you get the price before you start and only pay when the service is used. Everything is itemized in your dashboard statement.

Before you subscribe.

What counts as a run?

Each task the robot does counts as one run, whether it was started from the dashboard, a spreadsheet, a schedule or your own system. A spreadsheet with 50 orders to enter, for example, is 50 runs.

Do I pay a monthly fee for each automation?

No. Every automation you use draws runs from the same plan. There is no monthly fee per automation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want, in the dashboard under Financeiro (Billing), or by writing to [email protected].

Can I change plans?

Yes. In the dashboard you can move up or down a plan as your company's volume changes.

What if I use more than I expected?

The extra runs fall into the next tiers of the table, at a lower price per run. If your volume has changed for good, it is worth switching plans.

How do I pay?

By card. Payments are processed by Stripe, a company that specializes in online payments, and your card details stay with Stripe, not with us.
